How do I change my service plan?

Once you need the extra email addresses, you can upgrade or downgrade the service plan anytime.

To upgrade / downgrade your plan:

1. Log in to your account in the Secure SMTP Control Panel.
2. From the 'Account Summary' page, click the ' Edit Service or Upgrade Service' link for the service plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
3. Complete the steps on the following pages to sign up for the new service plan.

Please note that if you choose to downgrade, you may need to remove SMTP accounts to avoid exceeding the limits of the lower-level plan.
